Business Analyst: A Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in understanding business needs and determining solutions to business problems. The BA is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and ensuring that the development team understands the business context and user needs. They act as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to clarify goals, map out processes, and define system requirements. 

Project Management: Project Management involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to achieve specific goals within defined timelines and budgets. A Project Manager (PM) coordinates team efforts, manages resources, and ensures that projects align with business strategies. The PM is responsible for keeping the project on track, managing risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders. They ensure that all parts of the project, from initiation through to closure, are executed efficiently. 

Scrum: Scrum is an agile framework that enables teams to work on complex projects through iterative and incremental progress. It encourages collaboration, flexibility, and quick adaptations to change. In Scrum, work is divided into sprints, typically short cycles (like two weeks), and progress is reviewed in regular meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master facilitates these processes, helping to remove obstacles and ensuring that the Scrum practices are followed by the team.
